How we work
A clear process.
Accountability for delivery.
We agree on goals and constraints, assemble the team and define how we will work. The client can follow progress and take part in key decisions.
Understand the task
We examine goals, constraints and existing systems, then define the scope of work.
Design the solution
We test assumptions through prototypes, select the architecture and plan development.
Build and launch
We share progress, test the software and prepare the system for production.
Support and develop
We monitor reliability, release updates and help the system grow.
White label and confidentiality
Working
without publicity
The solution can be released under your brand without public mention of Arctera. We agree on collaboration and disclosure terms in advance.
Public references
Client names, logos and project materials are published only by agreement.
Access to information
We define working environments, project participants and access rules for code, data and documentation.
Handover
We agree on the materials to be delivered, product branding and terms for using the results.
After launch
We maintain the agreed confidentiality arrangements during support and after the work is complete.
Engineering practices
Quality in everyday work
We adapt our practices and the depth of testing to the system, considering operational criticality, frequency of change and reliability requirements.
Code review
We review changes before release. Automated tests help verify how the system behaves as it evolves.
CI/CD
We automate builds, checks and releases, and agree on deployment and rollback procedures.
DORA
We use delivery speed and stability metrics to identify where the development process needs attention.
SRE
We agree on reliability targets, establish observability and review incidents to reduce the risk of recurrence.
Infrastructure as Code
We keep infrastructure definitions in code, review changes and reproduce the environments we need.
Architecture decisions
We record significant decisions and their rationale, and maintain the documentation needed for development and support.
Let’s discuss your project
A general outline is enough for our first conversation.
We will agree on how to discuss the project details.
